January – New Year’s Party Registration

In a break with tradition, we’ve decided to forego the December Holiday party due to schedule conflicts for numerous members as well as the high cost of event venues at this peak time.  Instead, we’ll ring in the New Year at the Pinehurst Resort in Southern Pines, NC on the weekend of January 10th-12th.

Deadlines

You must book your room by 12/10/2024 to be eligible for the preferred rate.

Cancelation Policy

If you cancel on or before December 21st, your dinner fees will be fully refundable.  After that date, we will be unable to refund due to a required payment to the venue.
