In consideration of the privilege to enter and participate and intending to be legally bound, I, for myself, my heirs and assigns, release, hold harmless, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Jaguar Clubs of North America, Inc., Jaguar Land Rover North America LLC, and the affiliated JCNA group and its directors, officers and agents presenting this Event, from any and all liability for injuries, damages, losses, or claims, including negligence, arising from my entry, attendance, or participation in this Event.
I am signing this agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
Please review the information on the CJC Concours webpage regarding trailer parking. In short, trailers will not be allowed at the hotel or the grassy area previously utilized. The lot we have leased for trailer parking is approximately 5.5 miles from the Switzerland Inn.

Registration cancellations made by midnight Saturday, June 22nd will be fully refundable, except for shirts (see below).
Registration cancellations made after June 22nd will result in forfeiture of the $40 base entrant fee. Other fees, except shirts, will be refundable.
Shirt orders may not be changed or canceled after Saturday, June 22. Cancelations prior to the deadline are fully refundable.
Switzerland Inn charges a deposit of one night's room fee, which is refundable only if the reservation is cancelled on or before June 10th. Rooms canceled after that date will forfeit the deposit per Switzerland Inn policy.
It is an Entrant’s privilege to participate in a JCNA sanctioned event held by any JCNA affiliate upon executing proper registration forms and paying published entrance fees. Each club affiliate shall be solely responsible for granting entry privileges to each Entrant on an individual basis.
By completing this registration you hereby agree to enter the above described Jaguar(s) in the Carolina Jaguar Club’s 2024 Concours d’Elegance. In consideration of the right and privilege to enter and participate and other valuable consideration, and intending to be legally bound, you agree to release the Jaguar Clubs of North America (JCNA), Carolina Jaguar Club, the Concours committee and workers, and the Switzerland Inn from any and all liability for injuries, damage or loss arising from your entry in and attendance at the Concours.
NOTICE: Due to high demand, our show field is already filled. However cancellations or withdrawals can occur, potentially creating a spot for your car(s). You have two options as to how to proceed.
Option A - You may continue your registration and if you include judged or display cars, they will be waitlisted in the order received. You will not be charged for the waitlisted cars at this time. If you end up with a slot, we will invoice you for the cost of car registration at that time.
Option B: If you would prefer to defer registration until such a time as you may be notified of an available slot, you can do so. In that case, you would be notified of a slot becoming available, and would have 24 hours to register.
Please note that until June 20th, 2024, Judged Group cars will have priority over Display Group cars. Any openings that occur from June 21st through June 27th will be offered to Display cars only.
