Release Of Liability
JCNA Event Participation: It is an entrant’s privilege to participate in any JCNA sanctioned event held by any affiliated JCNA group upon executing proper registration forms and paying published entrance fees. Each affiliate shall be solely responsible for granting privileges to each Entrant on an individual basis.

In consideration of the privilege to enter and participate and intending to be legally bound, I, for myself, my heirs and assigns, release, hold harmless, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Jaguar Clubs of North America, Inc., Jaguar Land Rover North America LLC, and the affiliated JCNA group and its directors, officers and agents presenting this Event, from any and all liability for injuries, damages, losses, or claims, including negligence, arising from my entry, attendance, or participation in this Event.

I am signing this agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.

Trailers

Will you be bringing a trailer or hauler?
This includes any vehicle that will not fit in a conventional parking space.

Please review the information on the CJC Concours webpage regarding trailer parking. In short, trailers will not be allowed at the hotel or the grassy area previously utilized. The lot we have leased for trailer parking is approximately 5.5 miles from the Switzerland Inn.

Commemorative Shirts

This year's shirts will feature the "Head for the Mountains" logo, and will be red in color. You can choose between ladies and mens cuts in a variety of sizes. Shirts must be ordered no later than June 23rd, and there will be no refunds issued after that date.

Cancelation Policy

Registration cancellations made by midnight Saturday, June 21st will be fully refundable.

Registration cancellations made after June 21st will result in forfeiture of the $40 base entrant fee.  Other fees, will be refundable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Switzerland Inn charges a deposit of one night's room fee, which is refundable only if the reservation is cancelled on or before June 9th.  Rooms canceled after that date will forfeit the deposit per Switzerland Inn policy.

JCNA Terms and Conditions

It is an Entrant’s privilege to participate in a JCNA sanctioned event held by any JCNA affiliate upon executing proper registration forms and paying published entrance fees. Each club affiliate shall be solely responsible for granting entry privileges to each Entrant on an individual basis.

By completing this registration you hereby agree to enter the above described Jaguar(s) in the Carolina Jaguar Club’s 2025 Concours d’Elegance. In consideration of the right and privilege to enter and participate and other valuable consideration, and intending to be legally bound, you agree to release the Jaguar Clubs of North America (JCNA), Carolina Jaguar Club, the Concours committee and workers, and the Switzerland Inn from any and all liability for injuries, damage or loss arising from your entry in and attendance at the Concours.
