Release Of Liability
JCNA Event Participation: It is an entrant’s privilege to participate in any JCNA sanctioned event held by any affiliated JCNA group upon executing proper registration forms and paying published entrance fees. Each affiliate shall be solely responsible for granting privileges to each Entrant on an individual basis.

In consideration of the privilege to enter and participate and intending to be legally bound, I, for myself, my heirs and assigns, release, hold harmless, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Jaguar Clubs of North America, Inc., Jaguar Land Rover North America LLC, and the affiliated JCNA group and its directors, officers and agents presenting this Event, from any and all liability for injuries, damages, losses, or claims, including negligence, arising from my entry, attendance, or participation in this Event.

I am signing this agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.

Trailers

Will you be bringing a trailer or hauler?
This includes any vehicle that will not fit in a conventional parking space.

Please review the information on the CJC Concours webpage regarding trailer parking. In short, trailers will not be allowed at the hotel or the grassy area previously utilized. The lot we have leased for trailer parking is approximately 5.5 miles from the Switzerland Inn.

Commemorative Merchandise

This year we're offering both commemorative shirts and hats featuring the "Head for the Mountains" logo.  Shirts are White and you can choose between ladies and mens cuts in a variety of sizes.

Hats are one size fits all, and are available in either Tan or Khaki.

Merchandise must be ordered no later than June 15th, and there will be no refunds issued after that date.

Cancelation Policy

Registration cancellations made by midnight Monday, June 30th will be fully refundable, with the exception of merchandise. Merchandise orders are refundable only if cancelled by June 12th.

Registration cancellations made after June 30th will result in forfeiture of the $40 base entrant fee.  Other fees, except for merchandise, will be refundable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Switzerland Inn charges a deposit of one night's room fee, which is refundable only if the reservation is cancelled on or before June 5th.  Rooms canceled after that date will forfeit the deposit per Switzerland Inn policy.

Pet Policy

Guests are welcome to bring their pets to the Concours; however, we ask that all owners act responsibly and clean up after them—ensuring pets do not leave any “special gifts” on the event grounds. For the safety of both the animals and the vehicles, you should consider keeping your pet off of the Concours field during staging or while cars are on display. With large crowds and valuable automobiles present, limiting pet access during these times helps ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.  If you do bring your pet onto the show field, it must be on a leash.

By completing this registration you hereby agree to enter the above described Jaguar(s) in the Carolina Jaguar Club’s 2025 Concours d’Elegance. In consideration of the right and privilege to enter and participate and other valuable consideration, and intending to be legally bound, you agree to release the Jaguar Clubs of North America (JCNA), Carolina Jaguar Club, the Concours committee and workers, and the Switzerland Inn from any and all liability for injuries, damage or loss arising from your entry in and attendance at the Concours.
