I wanted to share my experiences so far with Hendrick Jaguar of Charlotte. As one of the newest Jaguar dealerships in the state all eyes are on them as they have replaced the now closed Scott Jaguar.
I stopped by the dealership a couple of months ago. Many of the old Scott staff are there including the sales staff and some service staff. I was greeted by an enthusiastic and optimistic staff. Glad to say Neil Persad is still working there.
The dealership is located on Independence Blvd at the old Porsche dealership in front of Land Rover and between BMW and Acura. Its a bit small but modern. The service area is located at the back of Acura.
I ended up that “visit” with a new SUV. I guess the sales staff are doing a good job!
A main are of concern for Jaguar owners is the service department which I experienced today for the first time. I am happy to report I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. I sat close by while my XK was serviced and listened in to the conversations with other customers. Without hesitation I can say this is a whole different experience that what I had become used to. Each and every customer is treated with respect and courtesy. Every thing is explained and problems are solved. I was in and out in record time.
I think this is good news for us Charlotte based Jaguar owners.
